We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

To enjoy With Bay’s tables safely, please consume within 4 hours from delivery/out of set up, discarding leftovers.

With Bay is not responsible for any resulting sickness from failing to note recommended consumption, ingredients & allergen warnings discussed prior to order confirmation, consume and/or host the food products safely and hygienically.

Once an order has been confirmed, the customer agrees to release With Bay from any liability related to any allergies or other reactions experienced.
​
Once collected and/or delivered, the client takes full responsibility for upholding food safety.

Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same client account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Once delivered, the client takes full responsibility for upholding food safety.

Table Conditions
A minimum two weeks notice is required for all table bookings.
Urgent bookings under the notice period will incur an urgent fee of $200.00.
Tables contain appropriated and recommended food servings.
Any known allergies and dietary requirements must be notified to With Bay at booking confirmation or minimum 1 week before event date. The customer must inform With Bay of any known allergies/dietary requirements. ​

Booking Conditions

A 50% deposit is required at booking, with the balance due one week before the event.

Payments overdue will incur a 10% fee.

An additional $200.00 refundable bond will be required. Bond is refundable if all With Bay table equipment is returned as received; not damaged, missing and/or obstructed.

With Bay equipment is to be collected at the end of its clients event, in arrangement and discussion of a suitable time. Collection the next day will incur a $200.00 fee.

Parking must be available and/or covered by the customer.

REFUND POLICY
This Refund Policy dictates With Bay (the “Site” or “we”) the terms of any refund and/or cancellation.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please inspect your booking confirmation upon reception and contact us immediately if the details seem/is incorrect to prevent defective, damages or wrong items on event date. Evaluation will be made to make things right.

Refunds and Cancellation
40% of deposit can be fully refunded if canceled before 30 days of the event.
No refunds for cancellations within 14 days of the event.
Credit is subjective to event.
